I am a Yoga Therapist devoted to helping people move from pain to strength with mindfulness and mutual trust. My work is grounded in the belief that every “body” holds its own wisdom and that healing begins when we learn to listen both to ourselves and to the process.
Our sessions honor your body’s story and invite an openness with a commitment to thriving not just surviving. There is an atmosphere of respect and safety where mutual trust allows honest exploration and authentic growth. Your starting point is honored wherever that may be and you move at a pace guided by comfort and stability.
My intention is to create a space where you feel seen, supported and empowered to rediscover your innate capacity for developing your best self. I am deeply grateful to walk alongside students who come with open hearts, ready to explore, listen and to grow.
We explore what’s possible with curiosity rather than judgement. Students I work with come open to the process and are willing to listen deeply to their bodies, transformation that unfolds from the inside out. Together, we create space for healing, resilience, and renewed connection to your own strength and wisdom.
My approach to yoga therapy is rooted in meaning and intention. Every movement, breath and pause has purpose. Nothing we do is random. Each practice is designed to meet you where you are and to guide you gently toward balance, strength and clarity.
Yoga is not just something you do but something you experience. Healing unfolds through experience. Together, we use mindful movement, breathwork and awareness as tools for understanding rather than fixing, for connection rather than control.
